Nextgen Steel Homes LLC has developed a solution to the three primary challenges facing Florida housing: hurricanes, insurance, and affordability.
Our durable structures are designed to withstand 200 mph wind loads and are fireproof, allowing for insurance rates starting as low as $900 per year. To ensure affordability, our steel homes feature R35 insulation for low cooling costs, with retail turn key pricing starting at $189,000 for site built steel homes.
We are currently helping service workers—including teachers, nurses, and first responders—purchase a new 1,664 sq. ft. home in FL for as little as 3.5% down. Monthly payments, including taxes and insurance, are approximately $1,700, which is significantly less than the cost of renting.
